Modica Chocolate – Baker's Bar

Modica chocolate is cold-pressed chocolate containing ONLY cacao, sugar, and flavoring. ZERO milk or other additives. Never melted, maintaining essential antioxidant properties. 
 
This 100g bar can be used in so many ways! Chop it up to add new flavors in chunky chocolate chip cookies. Shave it on top of your brownie mix, for a sweet chocolatey addition. Melt a square in hot milk for an amazingly flavored hot chocolate...and of course, you can just eat it also!
